Upon receipt of your request, one of our travel consultants will be assigned to you. This person will be your contact throughout the whole process of development, organization and execution of your project.
We will provide assistance during the whole event to make sure everything runs smoothly. Your tour leader will be at the service of the group 24/24 and makes sure your event is perfectly executed so you can focus fully on your attendees.
If necessary and/or required, we will suggest a site inspection trip prior to arrival with the group. A good preparation is essential for the success of your event!
